Application Process
Our school year approximates the AISD school year, taking similar holidays and with start dates and end dates slightly adjusted. The summer session runs for 4 weeks in June. Registration for the summer and the next school year is held in February.

The registration form and fee are submitted at the same time. A security deposit equaling one month’s tuition is due on May 1 (or with the registration fee if registering after May 1), and will be applied as the last tuition payment for the following May. The registration fee and the security deposit are non-refundable.

The director will send out enrollment forms at least 2 months before school begins. These forms are completed and submitted before the first day of school.
Wait List
We frequently have a waiting list for registration and enrollment. If spaces open up during the school year, we will contact families on the waiting list to fill the space.

Available spots will be filled in the following order:
1. Currently enrolled VCP families.
2. Siblings of current families and children of the staff
3. Violet Crown City Church families not currently enrolled in the Preschool and on the waiting list.
4. Families on the waiting list.

The director schedules 15-minute tours throughout the school year, usually between 9:30am-12:30pm. Children are welcomed and encouraged to come.

We recommend touring the school when you submit a waiting list form so that when offered a space, you are familiar with our program and are ready to respond.
